1.Our return policy follows the Sunnah. We accept returns for any fragrance that you are unsatisfied with.

2.Please note that it may take 4-5 working days to process your request.

3.We accept returns/exchanges within 15 days of purchase.

4.Perfumes should have at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle.

5.Returns and exchanges are only applicable to Attars (roll-ons) and 30ML or 50ML perfume bottles.

6.Please note, delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable.

7.Return & Exchange for Lubhan & 5ML Spray tester cannot be accommodated
