1. Our return policy follows the Sunnah. We accept returns for any fragrance that you are unsatisfied with.
2. Please note that it may take 4-5 working days to process your request.
3. We accept  returns/exchanges within 15 days of purchase.
4. Perfumes should have at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle.
5. Returns and exchanges are only applicable to Attars (roll-ons) and 30ML or 50ML perfume bottles.
6. Please note, delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable.
7. Return & Exchange for Lubhan & 5ML Spray tester cannot be accommodated.
8. Customers are responsible for any delivery charges incurred for exchanging products.
